The first group of users were made up of people who had visited the law firm’s Facebook or website within the past 365 days. This target group generated the highest number of
website inquiries. Lookalike users were also targeted. These were users who had the same qualities of prior
users who previously engaged with the firm’s Facebook page. These ads attracted several lookalike audiences and contributed to 11 website leads.
The final target group was based on interests. This group included a combination of audiences with interests related to unemployment via breach of contract, employment discrimination, or dismissal.
