Responding to comments and messages in a timely manner helps your customers feel appreciated and recognized. If a customer reaches out with a question that our Inbox and Comment Manager cannot provide an informed response to, you will be notified so you may respond directly. If there is no response to your customer within 24 hours we will direct the customer to follow up with your customer service. This ensures that all of your customers are acknowledged and have a positive interaction with your social media.

How do I get started?
After you purchase this service, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to gather the details and access information for your account(s). Then, within 1-2 business days one of our experts will reach out to you to check-in and let you know we’re working on it!
Will your responses be on brand?
We pay special attention to your social media voice and personality and will replicate it in our responses.
What if someone messages regarding a complicated question?
For common questions, you may provide us with a response template so that we can ensure we are responding per your brand standards. We will notify you if we receive any questions that require a more nuanced response from you. If you do not have a chance to respond within 24 hours we will direct the user to follow up with your customer service team.
I’m an agency, can I purchase this service for my clients?
Absolutely! We’ll work behind the scenes as a white label partner for you. In most cases, you will need to manage the client interfacing and if you want a fully white-label solution for multiple clients, please contact us.
