What kind of content will you be posting?
Your content can contain a mix of the following types: news, educational, promotional, inspirational, and more! Each social media content strategy is made specific to your brand’s needs, so the sky’s the limit! If you have specific requests, please let us know on your intake.
Do you create the graphics/images for me?
Yes! We create five unique branded templates using the brand guidelines that you provide and source stock imagery that meets your brand personality. If you already have custom social media templates that you like, we can use those too!
Do you have experience with social media in my industry?
We understand that certain industries may have unique needs and we can typically accommodate them. If you have particular requirements, please let your account manager know.

Of course! Our standard process involves one round of review for your to approve or request changes to the content before it’s posted.

Yes, you will receive a monthly engagement and analytics report that shows how your social media profiles are performing. The specific data varies by platform but may include likes, shares, comments, clicks, and more. You can also review the analytics directly from your social media account at any time.
Can we use the scheduling tool that I already set up for my account?
Maybe – this depends on if you can provide the correct level of access within that tool. Otherwise, we have a handy scheduling tool ready to go!
